The Textile Prototyping Lab is the first open laboratory for high-tech textiles in Germany and offers by a wide prototyping infrastructure and a competent, interdisciplinary team the opportunity to implement complex textile projects.
Established as a research project of five organisations in the field of textiles and electronics research, design and economy, the Textile Prototyping Lab wants to be an open, agile and interdisciplinary place for textile prototyping with the core topic of open innovation.
One of the founding partners of the Textile Prototyping Lab is Re-FREAM Partner Fraunhofer IZM.Â
