Printed Electronics

PEL is a UK company focused on integration, development and commercialisation of processes and systems for fabrication of electronic circuits, structures and devices using digital, additive and inkjet methods.

In the past decade PEL has developed into a wider process and product development company using a number of advanced printing methods including, but not limited to, inkjet printing to directly form electronic circuits, sensors, systems and devices. From a prototype printed sensor through to development of large flexible systems, we are experts in embedding electronics – especially where electronics are not normally expected. This includes medical, antennas, sensors, displays and printed batteries. PEL integrates these elements with paper, plastic film, fabric, ceramics, metals, and even large 3D physical objects.

PEL has also been involved in the Horizon 2020 project  Maturolife project. PEL have been the printed electronic and integration partner of the project.
