The Grand Garage has become the Mechatronik Training Program Cap. Developed, the AHS pupils conveys craft-technical and management skills in parallel with the upper level.
Some young people from the program already work on their own product ideas and meet insurmountable limits. Unfortunately, in Upper Austria, there were no publicly accessible workshops in which prototype construction and ideas exchange are possible. Four graduates – Niklas, Rudi, Fabian and Max – formulated in 2016 the urgent desire to gain access to a professionally equipped workshop.
The Grand Garage is a makerspace, designed as an innovation workshop that is accessible to the general public and complements the already existing activities in Upper Austria (such as the Future Lab of the Ars Electronica Center, Art University, DevLoL Hackerspace, Coder Dojo, etc.).No Records Found
