The TextielLab distinguishes itself as a one-of-a-kind knowledge centre for textile development where professionals are explicitly involved in carrying out extraordinary, customised projects. The Lab is part of the Dutch Textiel Museum, a dynamic and creative working museum located in a former textile factory, located in Tilburg. It is the only place in the world where textile design, art, fashion, industrial heritage and innovation come together.
The TextielLab focuses on manual and industrial techniques: weaving, knitting, embroidery, tufting, passementerie and laser cutting.
